    Can I Charge for Reiki?

    I have been practicing Reiki for two months now, over 12 hands-on sessions completed, and have been asked by several, “what do you charge.” I am in California and do NOT have a business. In terms of charging a fee, is a “liability form” wise, especially as I branch out to others? Can I not charge unless I have an official business (LLC or S-Corp??)

    Why Do I Get a Migraine After Self-Reiki?

    I just got attuned a couple of weeks ago, and it seems every time I do self Reiki I get a migraine straight afterwards. Today has been the worst! I really want to continue with self reiki but I don't want to make my migraines worse. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Lacking Confidence in Your Reiki Practice? Do This!

    Have you ever felt a lack of confidence in your Reiki practice?

    Many years ago, I didn't practice Reiki much at all because I wasn't sure if I was doing it right or if it was working. I just didn't feel confident in myself or in Reiki.

    It isn't easy to make ourselves vulnerable by admitting that we might lack self-confidence when it comes to Reiki. But the very fact that we can say yes to this question actually means that we have more confidence than we think.

    I’m trying to think of a name for my Reiki business but I’m drawing a blank. Every time I think I have it - it’s already in use! Did you have the same problem? How did you go about choosing your name? I’ve been meditating hoping it will pop up, but no luck yet.
