The Reiki Business Roundtable is a recurring monthly subscription. You will be billed upon registration and automatically each month for the same low-cost subscription amount. Cancel at anytime. The Roundtable live gatherings are currently held at the end of the month, typically the last Sunday of the month at 2:00 PM EST.

1. Join the membership at any time. Pay your first monthly membership fee and you'll receive a welcome email immediately with your three welcome gifts plus the link to tune in to all previous Roundtable sessions.

2. You'll automatically receive a reminder email approximately 10 days before the monthly gathering. Sessions are typically held on the last Sunday of the month at 2:00 PM EST (New York time). Convert to your time zone. The reminder email may also invite you to vote for that month's discussion topic.

3. Receive reminder emails with the Zoom link 24 hours and 1 hour before the Roundtable begins.

4. Click the Zoom link and connect with your Reiki friends to chat about Reiki business topics in a welcoming, encouraging space.

5. You'll get the recording a few hours after the session ends.

6. The same low amount will be automatically billed on the same day each month. As long as you don't cancel, your membership fee will never increase. But you can cancel anytime, and you can change your payment method at anytime, too. The link to make changes to your account is in your welcome email.

1. Is the Roundtable a monthly membership?
Yes. We meet each month, and subscribing to the membership means you automatically get the reminders, Zoom links, and recordings each month without having to remember to sign up each month. Once you register, you will be automatically billed on the same date each month for the same low registration fee.


2. What happens after I register?
As soon as you register, you will receive a welcome email with all Roundtable materials, including immediate access to all past Roundtable recordings, the link to manage your subscription, and your welcome thank you gifts. Please save this email. You will also receive a reminder email 7-10 days before our session and the Zoom link 24 hours and 1 hour before we start. Upcoming session dates are sent out with reminders and are also posted with the recordings.


3. What if I want to cancel?
The Reiki Business Roundtable is a welcoming, supportive group that you will look forward to each month. The conversations and connections will help you move your Reiki business forward with information and inspiration. Plus, with access to all past Roundtable recordings, you have the wisdom of each session immediately available. The value of the membership far exceeds the cost, but you are welcome to cancel anytime by using the Manage Your Subscription link in the welcome email and membership invoices. 4. Can I count my Roundtable membership fees as a business expense?
Yes! Well, probably. Please note that I am not an accountant, tax professional, or lawyer and that Standing Stones Healing Co. cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions, but if you have a US-based Reiki business, the membership can most likely count as a business expense. Relevant membership fees are generally regarded as business expenses. Please keep all program receipts and consult with your own tax professional. You will receive a receipt after each monthly payment.
