By accessing this website, purchasing any product or service, registering for an event, scheduling a session, or participating in any Standing Stones Healing Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) program, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or our services.

1. Nature of Services

Standing Stones Healing Co. provides guided programs, events, and services that may include:

• live and/or asynchronous 1‑on‑1 support

• coaching, mentoring, Reiki, card reading, and spiritual education

• digital educational materials (videos, PDFs, workbooks, etc.)

• live and recorded online events, including the Reiki Business Summit

All offerings are services, not goods.
Any digital materials provided are incidental components of the service and do not constitute standalone digital products.

Participation in 1‑on‑1 support is an integral part of each guided program.

Events such as the Reiki Business Summit are considered guided services and follow the same refund and participation policies outlined in these Terms unless otherwise stated.

2. Disclaimer

Standing Stones Healing Co. does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition.

All services, programs, events, content, and media are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute:

• medical or mental health advice

• legal advice

• financial or tax advice

You are solely responsible for consulting appropriately licensed professionals before making decisions related to your health, finances, or legal matters.

You agree to hold harmless Standing Stones Healing Co. for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from the use of its services, products, events, or media.

3. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Your participation in any Standing Stones Healing Co. service, program, or event is voluntary and at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• all services are provided “as is” and “as available”

• no guarantees or warranties of any kind are made, express or implied

• individual results may vary

• the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including emotional or physical reactions, loss of income, or reliance‑based claims

This includes technological issues such as:

• undelivered emails

• unstable internet connectivity

• third‑party software failures

• platform outages

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; therefore, some limitations may not apply to you.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Individual Services (Reiki, card readings, coaching sessions, etc.)

• Refund requests must be made in writing within 5 days of purchase.

• Refunds are not available within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

• Approved refunds are issued minus an administrative fee.

• No refunds are issued for:

  • cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment

  • no‑show appointments

4.2 Guided Programs, Courses, and Digital Materials

Unless otherwise stated:

• All guided programs and courses are non‑refundable once purchased or once the program has begun.

• No refunds are issued for:

  • Unlock Your Card Magic

  • Distance Reiki Business Pathfinder

  • Reiki 1

  • Reiki Business Tax Class

  • Growth Month

  • Back to Center

  • Reiki Business Blueprint

  • Reiki Business Summit

• No refunds of any amount are issued for Reiki Business Roundtable memberships.

• Build Your Reiki Business may be eligible for a refund at the Company’s sole discretion if requested within 7 days of purchase. No refund is guaranteed.

4.3 Reiki Business Summit (Event‑Specific Terms)

By registering for the Reiki Business Summit, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are final.

• The Summit schedule is subject to change.

• Standing Stones Healing Co. makes no guarantees of results.

• Refunds will only be issued in the event of full Summit cancellation.

• You agree to hold Standing Stones Healing Co. harmless in the event of:

  • undelivered emails

  • unstable internet connectivity

  • third‑party software failures

  • technological disruptions of any kind

• Your registration constitutes consent to receive Summit notifications, updates, and marketing communications via email.

• You agree to the Standing Stones Healing Co. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. No‑Show & Late Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all individual sessions and all sessions included within guided programs.

• A no‑show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled session without prior written notice.

• No‑shows are counted as completed sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are treated as no‑shows.

• The Company is not responsible for missed sessions due to forgetting, scheduling errors, or failure to check email reminders.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All content, materials, curriculum, videos, text, graphics, and media are the exclusive intellectual property of Standing Stones Healing Co.

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use materials solely for your personal use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, or share materials

• upload or publish content in any public or private forum

• provide access to third parties

• use content for commercial purposes

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• share or redistribute proprietary materials

• misrepresent your affiliation with the Company

• use the Site or services for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes

The Company may terminate access at its sole discretion.

8. Third‑Party Platforms & Services

The Company may use third‑party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, scheduling software, email providers).
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling practices of third parties.
Your use of third‑party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Communications & Marketing Consent

By purchasing or registering for any Company service, program, or event, you consent to receive electronic communications, including marketing emails.
You may opt out at any time.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Snyder County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY & GDPR NOTICE
